GENERAL TERMS OF TRANSACTION

Purchase, Pricing, and Payment

You can order any product you wish by completing the relevant order form through our website.

The price of each product will be as it appears on our website, however, errors may occur. If we detect an error in the price of the product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to confirm your order at the correct price or to cancel it. If it is impossible to communicate with you, we will assume that your order has been cancelled and we will refund the full amount you have paid.

The prices on our website include VAT but do not include shipping costs.

Our Company reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any order: (i) that has been made by a customer with whom there is a pending dispute regarding the payment of a previous order, or (ii) that does not comply with these general terms of sale. If we find that the order does not meet the current terms of sale (for example, placing an order with an inaccurate delivery address, payment details, etc.), we will inform the customer either by phone or via email. If the customer does not communicate with our Company to correct any inaccurate details or information given in their order, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

- Through Credit or Debit Card

Purchases of products through credit or debit cards are carried out securely through the e-commerce service of e-commerce Piraeus Bank.

It is noted that our Company does not collect or store your card details in any way. The electronic transaction with cards is conducted through the secure system of e-commerce Piraeus Bank via redirection to a secure environment (secure server) of the specific bank and transfer of the card details with encryption.

In case your credit card is not approved by your bank, our Company reserves the right to cancel your order.

Shipping Methods

Orders placed by 12:00 (Greek time) are processed by us on the same day, while those placed after this time are processed the next day. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 (Greek time) and throughout the weekend are processed on Monday.

For deliveries within Greece, the estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days. This estimated time is indicative and may vary for islands and remote areas.

The above deadlines do not apply in the event of force majeure (including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, etc.).

Our Company will inform you via telephone or email of any delays in your order. Our Company bears no responsibility for packages lost due to shipment to the wrong address due to incorrect entry, by you, of your contact details.

Retention of Title

Our Company retains ownership of the goods of your order until their full and complete payment, including taxes and expenses.

Delivery / Ownership / Risk

Customers are charged with shipping costs for orders.

The shipping costs within Greece are six (6,00) euros / 2kg for bigger weight calculation is made on checkout.

Shipping costs within Europe are made via DHL EXPRESS and calculated on checkout.

For products that are "UPON ORDER" or have "LIMITED AVAILABILITY," and if they can be ordered from our suppliers, the delivery time is approximately set at 7-14 business days (Monday to Friday).

The place of delivery is referred to in the Order Confirmation.

Our Company will inform you via telephone or email of any delays in your order. Our Company bears no responsibility for packages lost due to shipment to an incorrect address because of your incorrect entry of your contact details.

Similarly, for international shipments, our Company is not responsible for any additional local charges such as duties, customs fees, storage fees, etc.

PRODUCT CHANGE AND RETURN

Product Change

In case you have purchased any product from our online store, you retain the right within fourteen (14) calendar days, to exchange the product you purchased for another product of equal value.

Changes are accepted provided the following cumulative conditions are met:

- You have contacted us by completing our relevant contact form and mentioning your name and the products you wish to return, as well as the reason for the return, and you have sent the products directly to our Address within 14 working days from the date of their receipt.

- The returned products must be accompanied by a photocopy of the receipt or the payment invoice.

- The products must be in the same condition in which you received them without having used them or breached the packaging. They must also be accompanied by their original intact packaging, labels, as well as any other documents that may accompany the products. In the case of returning products that are in a box, both the products and the box packaging must be in excellent condition and must not have been used or altered (e.g., no packing tapes affixed to the packaging box).

Exchanges are not made: a) if the product has been used after opening, b) if the product is not in the same condition in which it was delivered, or if it has been damaged.

Product Return

In case you have purchased any product from our online store, you retain the right within fourteen (14) calendar days, to return the product you purchased for any reason and request a refund. This withdrawal right can be exercised under the following conditions:

- You need to fill in and send us the Product Return Form and a photocopy of the receipt or payment invoice.

- The products must be in the same condition you received them without using them or violating the packaging. They should also be accompanied by their original, intact packaging, tags, as well as any other document that may accompany the products. In case of product return that is in a box, both the products and the packaging box should be in excellent condition and should not have been used or altered (e.g., sticking packaging tapes on the packaging box).

Refund method

The refund is made within 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned product, in the same way the original payment was made.

No amount will be refunded if the product has been used after opening it, if the product is not in the same condition as it was delivered, or if it has been damaged. For the refund, the value of the product is taken with the current day price.

In case of a return, the customer bears the cost of shipping.

Defective Products

Products are considered defective if they have been damaged upon receipt by you or if they present a manufacturing error on the date of purchase.

A product cannot be considered defective if it shows wear due to use or damage due to mishandling. Products that present an obvious manufacturing defect can be replaced by us with the same product, provided there is availability, or you can choose any other product of your desire.

Our Company does not assume responsibility for the returned products until their successful arrival at our store.

If an actual defect is found in the product, the return cost is borne by our store.

Returns of defective products are accepted, provided the following conditions are met:

- You must contact us within twenty-four (24) hours at the latest, filling in the relevant contact form with your name, the products you want to return, and the defect they present, including related photos of the defective product.

- The defective products must be sent to our Company within 14 working days from the receipt to the following address:

- The products must be accompanied by a photocopy of the invoice or proof of payment.

- For defective products, the return cost is borne by our store.

Method of refund: The refund of money is made within 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned product, in the same way that the original payment was made.

Cancellation of Order

You can cancel your order within two (2) hours from the time you submitted it to our online store. The cancellation request must be sent via e-mail, and you must receive a notification from us that we have received your request. In this case, you will not be charged for the shipping costs of your order.
