Production
The procedure that follows the conception and the product design goes through the following stages:
manufacturing
Making of the mold – the design of which is made in a three-dimensional environment – followed by the automatic metal processing. This process requires fully equipped machinery of great accuracy and experienced engineers.
integration
The production process itself is done by integrating the mold into the appropriate machine, choosing the correct type of raw material and having the specialist technician supervise.
processing
Many of the products produced undergo further processing procedures which take place in our factory or elsewhere (metal processing, plating, etc).
